A delightful fusion of cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg and citrus creates a herbal tea packed with antioxidants and vitamins to get through times when you’re under the weather, or your stress levels are higher than normal. Cuddle up with this wholesome cup of goodness and feel the reviving properties flow through you.
We’ve added 35% of cinnamon to this wonderful formula, so you can reap the benefits of its compound called cinnamaldehyde, which some scientists believe can help with our metabolism. Ginger tea is well-known for aiding digestion or easing nausea, as well as relieving sore throats, coughs and colds. You might spot our beloved turmeric in there too, thanks to its powerful anti-inflammatory properties.

How to serve
To bring these wonderful herbs alive, use one bag per person, straight into boiling water and infuse for up to 10 minutes. 1 bag per cup.
Please note, the individual foil sachets for each tea have been sealed a bit too well for our first batch, so please do take care when removing them. We’d advise opening the sachet fully (not just from the top) and then carefully removing the tea bag before starting your herbal tea delight.
