Please note: due to its natural nature, you may find that your Coconut Oil becomes very solid, especially if left in a much cooler environment. This is perfectly normal and can be easily corrected by placing your jar of Coconut Oil in a bowl or mug of very warm water. Please take special care when using warm/hot water, and take the lid off first! You should soon find the Coconut Oil turns to liquid - if not, just replace the water with warmer water. Once it's reached your desired consistency, use a spoon to take out how much you need.
