What can I eat when living Primally?

Living our daily lives more Primally is enjoyable and provides a long-term approach to sustainable health. There is no calorie counting or any strict recipe regimen. I also don’t believe that one approach to health fits all. We are all biologically different, we all have different genes and we all live different lifestyles.

When you start out on your Primal Cure Lifestyle change, we would recommend following our Seriously Primal 7-day rapid weight loss programme. The list of Primal foods is designed to help you cut out CARBS completely (including CARB or sugar-heavy fruits such as apples, oranges, bananas) and get into fat-burning mode as quickly as possible. After the 7-day introduction, you might want to tweak things and experiment with a few of our guidelines, or you might want to carry on following the Seriously Primal programme until you burn more fat.

Simply stock up on these delicious foods, and cook them any way you like! Just remember to stick to eating just 2 or 3 times a day, with no snacking in between. We’ve got some great recipes on the website, or we’ve suggested some basic recipes below to get you started. You can also share your own recipes on our Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter!

We have included cheese, milk and eggs, but if you are suffering from illnesses such as IBS and want to find out what is causing it, then I would rec­ommend you don’t eat these during the 7-Day Seriously Primal period.
